Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within South Africa only. Orders are delivered within 8–11 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location.

We currently only ship within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at etsoobiah1203@gmail.com
